Hope, Love and Dreams provides support and assistance to serious ill children who are patients at Hospital Infantil in Managua, Nicaragua.
Hospital Infantil Manuel de Jesus Riveras, also called La Mascota is the largest children’s hospital in Nicaragua. Seriously ill children from throughout the country are treated at this facility. The doctors are knowledgeable and well trained but the hospital’s operating infrastructure is strained and aged as a result of limited funding. Most of the children treated at the hospital have little or no resources to pay for the cost of medical treatment.
Hope, Love and Dreams provided funding for evaluation and treatment of this
young boy with a rare tumor
